WHAT CAN BE RETURNED: Sweet Mfg. will accept for return or exchange any product purchased from Sweet Mfg., except special orders, within 30 days from the invoice date. Purchasers will receive credit for parts only. Sweet Mfg. does not credit shipping charges. Items accepted for return are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. After 30 days, Sweet Mfg. will accept only defective parts for repair or exchange, at Sweet Mfg.’s option.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED: Sweet Mfg. will not accept for return any special order; custom built part; any item built to customer specifications, or items that have been used, modified, altered or allowed to deteriorate to a condition where they cannot be resold as new.
