Sweet Manufacturing has been a leader in Power Steering Servos for many years and continues to develop parts that set our servos ahead of the rest.
A servo determines many things in the power steering system but most of all it controls the amount of feel or effort it takes to turn the steering wheel. Our servos are rated by the size of the torsion bar with .185 being the easiest to steer and .300 being the hardest.
A .235 valve is the most popular for both Dirt and Asphalt racing, while a .200 is best for street use.
A power steering servo is a control valve and needs to be paired with an assist cylinder and power steering pump to operate. The servo itself does not generate any torque.
